Responsive Development & Design – Merrimak Capital

I worked at Merrimak Capital LLC as an SEO Digital Marketing Analyst, WordPress and PHP Developer, Sys Admin, and UI-UX Designer. The company had a team of 40 people, and I was responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing their digital presence. During my tenure, I increased new marketing qualified leads by 15%, improved revenues, and expanded the website’s reach into new markets.

Some of my key responsibilities included optimizing content for hundreds of pages and posts and implementing thousands of deadline-driven content changes to the main corporate website. I also helped to engineer and develop a PHP-based CRM portal and built and managed a mission-critical, custom asset-recovery portal. I documented microsite use-cases in HTML for internal use.

In addition, I configured Google Analytics, designed custom analytics dashboards and reports, and helped internal teams measure traffic, performance, and demographics. My efforts enabled more informed, data-driven decisions and more effective corporate marketing. I also re-designed the UI and UX of the corporate flagship WordPress site, implemented site-wide SEO optimizations, and increased web traffic, page stickiness, revenues, and conversions.

As a webmaster and Sys Admin, I also performed lead graphic designer tasks such as custom branding site graphics, building and optimizing the company logo, buttons, banners, color palettes. Lastly, I built and deployed local, staging, and production instances of the corporate flagship WordPress site.
