Digital Marketing Analyst, Client Insights Reporting, Paid Ads Management – Chikpea Inc.
As an in-house Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst at Chikpea Inc., I reported to the VP of Marketing and was responsible for various tasks including Marketing Automation, SEO-SEM, app store marketing, Salesforce Lightning and Pardot configuration. One of my key responsibilities was to manage an influencer marketing campaign using Cision, syncing the process to Pardot and Salesforce. I also wrote ad copy and posted paid ads improvements, and managed retargeting campaigns via Adroll.
In addition, I performed regular Analytics reporting, analyzed and extracted insights from Google analytics, and made recommendations to the executive team for capturing new business opportunities in email marketing campaigns. Measuring against KPIs, I identified and recommended strategies and action items to executives and managers. I also used SEMRush, Google Adwords, and Search Console to identify hundreds of new keywords and value-add content opportunities.
Analyzing and tracking campaign performance, relevant marketing trends and competitive intelligence, I extracted key data points, produced PowerPoint slide presentations and presented them to the C-level marketing execs. During these presentations, I explained and identified action items, strategies, and approaches for the firm to gain larger numbers of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and to convert prospects to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
In addition, I configured custom software to perform reverse IP lookups and capture names and email addresses of anonymous visitors to the corporate website. I channeled names and email addresses of thousands of anonymous visitors to the in-house CRM and helped guide the sales team to formulate optimum messaging in their SMS and email campaigns.
