Digital Marketing Analyst, SEO & SEM Campaigns, Paid Ads, A/B Testing – Arizona Central Credit Union

During my tenure at Arizona Central Credit Union, I served as a Digital Marketing & SEO-SEM Analyst, Paid Ads Account Manager, Web Developer and Designer.

My key responsibilities included managing omnichannel marketing campaigns, expanding reach of the brand to B2C audiences. I used my knowledge of advanced segmentation and my familiarity with target marketing, user funnels and conversions to optimize omnichannel campaign messaging and roll out more effective and far-reaching campaigns. I was also responsible for the website customer experience (Adobe Creative Suite), landing page conversions (Google Analytics), A/B testing (Optimizely, Hubspot, Kissmetrics), sitewide search engine optimization (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz), paid ads (Google ads, Meta), ABM, and cross-channel support. I used a wide range of cutting-edge and cost-effective SEO, SEM and marketing automation tools to save time and money while helping key stakeholders to reach their business goals and improve outcomes.

I extracted valuable insights regarding audience channels and conversion funnels from Google Analytics, quantified user behaviors and web-based data in Kissmetrics and implemented personalizations to email messaging and ad campaigns. My actions helped to expand the effective reach of these campaigns, opened up new areas of opportunity and improved CTRs, conversions, revenues and ROI. In addition, I was responsible for designing and deploying FinTech and banking SERPs and landing pages. As I have a programming background, I was also asked to perform a variety of page coding and graphics tasks. I performed audits that identified areas of improvement on the company website, then helped internal teams to post content changes that helped to grow user engagement.

I extracted useful data from Google Search Console, and through improved messaging and reorganization of content, effectively expanded the target keyword list on the company website. I used SpyFu and Similarweb to leverage competitive intelligence data, and reported back to the marketing team on viable business opportunities based on this new data. Also analyzing and factoring in the trending data from target market niches, I identified multiple revenue-generating content opportunities. Using this info, I was able to tap into the latest niche market trends with optimized messaging. This resulted in a 28% increase in conversions and revenues generated by email marketing campaigns.
