Growth & Product Marketing Manager, SEO & Client Insights Analyst – Rareparts Inc.

During my tenure at Palmer Advertising, one of our main DTC eComm clients was Rareparts Inc. I served as a Growth and Product Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketing Analyst, SEO Content Producer, and Client Insights Analyst.. I was responsible for tracking results of web marketing campaigns, extracting data on customer journeys, conversions, and eComm purchases. I consulted with internal and external marketing teams, advised best strategies based on trending user data and competitive intelligence. I planned, prioritized and implemented improvements to Rare Parts’ web pages and omnichannel campaigns, which led to an increase of over 50% in web traffic and 25% increases in online sales. My recommendations improved web page SEO rankings for multiple keywords. Additionally, my content optimizations directly resulted in the placement of Google featured snippets.

I identified new markets and captured areas of opportunity for growth and worked with the in-house team to create and post winning content that helped the company gain competitive advantage and peel away market share from competitors. My recommendations improved click-through rates (CTRs), conversions, and revenues.

I regularly reported to the executive and management team. I derived key business insights from Google Analytics, Buzzsumo and Similarweb data to show trends on Rare Parts’ target audience segments and helped the team to focus and improve the strategy of their email and paid ads campaigns to align with the data. Regularly tracking analytics data and extracting actionable insights for the client marketing team, I produced valuable reports, and made ongoing adjustments to campaign and web page messaging. My regular data monitoring and follow-ups for this client measurably improved user visits, CTRs, engagement, sales revenues and ROI.
