I was responsible for managing inbound marketing, which involved email marketing, blogging, SERP and landing page optimizations, and influencer marketing, using Hubspot. I also managed the user/customer experience across all digital acquisition touchpoints, including site navigation, content management, and conversion strategies.
I analyzed customer data and campaign effectiveness using tools like Kissmetrics and Google Analytics. I coordinated with the marketing team on SunGreen campaigns and programmatic buying to support digital cross-promotion efforts, including email campaigns, Facebook promotions, outreach, and marketing initiatives aimed at improving the end-user experience.
I regularly reported to the executive and management team, using Google Analytics data to show trending progress on SunGreen content strategy campaigns. I made ongoing adjustments to campaigns based on regular analytics data and reports, which significantly improved incoming traffic numbers, website SEO rankings, and the number of marketing-qualified leads.
