At Timbuk2, I led end-to-end digital growth initiatives across SEO, content strategy, paid campaigns, email, analytics, and CRO for a B2C outdoor gear and lifestyle brand. I worked cross-functionally with marketing, dev, and creative teams to expand revenue, capture new audiences, and boost brand visibility across DTC channels.
I was a hands-on growth operator who blended technical SEO, data-driven experimentation, and sharp storytelling to drive measurable eComm growth. I scaled performance across channels and platforms, turning insights into impact — and helping the brand stand out in a crowded market.
⚡ Builder Mode (Growth Stack Execution):
• Owned SEO + content strategy across the full site, including hundreds of PDPs and landing pages—implementing contextual keyword optimizations, technical SEO updates, and competitive analysis to increase organic traffic and revenue.
• Worked within a J2EE/Java-based stack, coding performance-focused updates in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve site structure, navigation, and load speed.
• Launched and optimized email marketing campaigns tied to seasonal drops, personas, and product launches—using behavioral triggers and performance data to drive higher CTR and engagement.
• Wrote, edited, and deployed high-converting, SEO-optimized content across product pages, blogs, and brand storytelling initiatives, increasing visibility and conversion across multiple funnel stages.
• Conducted A/B tests on messaging, layout, and call-to-action placement to drive gains in CRO and engagement across top traffic pages.

• Ran site-wide SEO audits and built custom Google Analytics dashboards to track key KPIs: traffic sources, bounce rate, product views, conversion funnels, and more.
• Performed advanced audience segmentation and implemented demographic-specific messaging to increase personalization and improve lifecycle marketing performance.
• Led backlink building and competitive link analysis, helping Timbuk2 leapfrog over high-authority retailers (Amazon, Beyond.com) on key product categories and search terms.
• Used tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, and Link Sleuth to automate data analysis and surface strategic opportunities—resulting in a 25%+ increase in user sessions YoY and major improvements in index coverage and visibility.
