Contracting for Ledson Winery and Vineyards, I served as the digital marketing and analytics manager, owning SEO, on-site optimization, and reporting to grow DTC visibility and conversion in a highly competitive wine eCommerce landscape.
📈 Growth Strategy & Optimization:
• Conducted deep keyword research and semantic SEO audits to uncover new market opportunities, outperform category competitors, and improve organic traffic and search engine visibility.
• Led CRO-focused content strategy updates across the site—identifying underperforming pages, implementing optimization plans, and increasing engagement and on-page time.
• Created actionable web performance briefs to guide design, copy, and content decisions based on real search intent and behavior data.
🧪 Data & Experimentation:
• Developed custom Google Analytics reports to surface key behavioral insights and identify drop-off points in the purchase funnel.
• Provided analytics updates with clear, stakeholder-ready recommendations — translating dashboards into clear growth strategies.
• Supported referral traffic tracking, local SEO strategy, and micro-conversion event analysis to improve paid and organic performance.
